With more than 30 years of experience, she offers extensive knowledge and advanced training to create a truly personalized experience. she is especially passionate about product education and helping clients maintain healthy, beautiful hair long after they leave the salon.

Having lots of curls can be tough to manage, a challenge Carissa knows all too well. She has experience to cater to her clients needs no matter the hair type or style. With a child of her own, she is an expert in children's haircuts, helping them feel comfortable throughout the appointment and cool for school.

Coming from a hairdressing family, Jarrod has been fascinated with styling from a young age. He's made strides in his career including becoming an educator for Wella and Nioxin, having a showcase for his work, being our go-to color specialist, as well as being certified in HairDreams extensions. He has completed many classes on styling techniques, qualifying him to be a Master Stylist.

Lauren is dedicated to delivering detailed, high-quality results for her clients. She is experienced in a range of color techniques and product knowledge, allowing her to create looks that are both beautiful and maintainable. From full foils to single-process color or balayages, Lauren works closely with each client to achieve their desired outcome.

Esthetician
Julie is our skilled esthetician at Posh Hair Salon, offering personalized skincare treatments in a private, relaxing space within the salon. She is trained in a variety of advanced techniques and uses the professional Paris-based skincare line Guinot to deliver results-driven services. In addition to customized facials, Julie provides full facial and body waxing, brow shaping and tinting, and lash lifts to help clients fell polished and confident. She is dedicated to creating a comfortable experience tailored to each guest's needs.

A valued member of the Posh Hair Salon team for the past two years, Rayza plays an important role in supporting our stylists and ensuring the salon runs smoothly. She assists with washes and daily operations while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Passionate about the beauty industry, Rayza hopes to start her own career as a stylist.
